Here is the head and halo, the gold tiles are 10cm squares from Orsoni's in Venice, Italy. I did have to pick out some areas that I wasn't completely happy with and redo them, much happier now.

I believe the banding in the face shading will even out with grouting...

This is a detail of the vine on the left side of the mosaic. I am about two-thirds of the way down.
